Who are we looking for?
- a completed HBO or WO education in the field of software development;
- (several years) experience with React development;
- want to work with your colleagues on complex assignments;
- skills to work independently on a project and
- the ambition to continue to develop in the field of React.
Who are we?
We are Social Brothers, a digital agency that celebrates its 10th anniversary this year. With 50 enthusiastic professionals we look for innovative and effective solutions. From our scale-up office in Utrecht and an office in Rotterdam, we work with the latest technologies on a daily basis.

What does your working day look like?
You arrive at the office in Utrecht at 08:45. You grab a cup of coffee and chat about the weekend. From 9 am you work on a project together with two colleagues. You start the morning with an evaluation of the day before and map out what is on the schedule for today. After the distribution has been made, you get to work in a concentrated way and before you know it it is time for lunch, away from the project room.
After lunch you will work on the same project again. You are working on a complex assignment and you ask one of your colleagues to take a look. Together you discuss the possibilities and try out a number of things.
Halfway through the afternoon a Project Manager comes in, he has an urgent job for you. He briefly explains what the intention is and you immediately get to work, so that the customer can be made happy at the end of the afternoon.
At the end of the day, you look at what is planned for the next day and close.
As a React Developer at Social Brothers you are welcomed with open arms, you work in a small, close-knit team and you can expect to be included in all the developments that are going on. You will work on different projects, using the latest techniques and we are open to learning even more new techniques.

How We Hire
Application

Introduction
If your profile matches our expectations, we will invite you for an introduction. This will be a conversation of up to 1 hour. In this interview you will hear everything about the position and together we will determine whether the position and the company are right for you.
Assessment
After a good click during the introduction, you will have the opportunity to make an assessment that has been made for this position. In this assessment, your substantive skills are tested and you can immediately see what you have to offer.
Second interview
When you have rocked the assessment and the click between you and the company is good, we will invite you for a second interview at our office. During this interview you will get to know your direct supervisor and the HR Employee. You indicate what your ambitions are and why you think you fit Social Brothers and the position.
Decision
After the second interview, it’s time to tie the knot for both of us. We will come up with a contract proposal if we are positive and we are of course very curious about your response.
