Job Description

An organization with the ambition to provide its employees with a pleasant workplace. That is the basis for this vacancy for an HR internship at Social Brothers. Our HR department is looking for support with the aim to improve the recruitment process and to receive support in daily HR activities, such as administration and office management. Who are you?

  • You follow an HR training at HBO level or higher.
  • You are available full-time for an internship of five months.
  • You would like to develop in all areas of HR, so that you can gain broad knowledge.
  • You are a go-getter and take responsibility for yourself.
  • You like to work in a dynamic team with many young professionals.

We are Social Brothers, a digital agency that celebrates its 10th anniversary this year. With 50 enthusiastic professionals we look for innovative and effective solutions. What can you expect from us?

What will your internship look like?

During your HR internship you support our Chief Happiness and Talent Scout for five months. You will support recruitment by doing the initial screening of applicants, writing vacancies and eventually you will also be present at interviews. For support to our Chief Happiness, your work is very diverse, from HR administration to helping organize a Friday afternoon drink with the entire office (provided this is possible according to the Covid19 measures).

In addition to supporting work for your two direct colleagues, you will be able to think along in business processes yourself. These are optimized and your ideas about this are taken seriously in the decisions about this. As a result, you are really part of the team and your knowledge in the field of HR is immediately implemented.

How We Hire


The first step is to submit your application. A motivation letter isn’t necessary, but please enclose your resumé. You will receive a response within a few days.


If your profile matches our expectations, we will invite you for an introduction. This will be a conversation of up to 1 hour. In this interview you will hear everything about the position and together we will determine whether the position and the company are right for you.


After a good click during the introduction, you will have the opportunity to make an assessment that has been made for this position. In this assessment, your substantive skills are tested and you can immediately see what you have to offer.

Second interview

When you have rocked the assessment and the click between you and the company is good, we will invite you for a second interview at our office. During this interview you will get to know your direct supervisor and the HR Employee. You indicate what your ambitions are and why you think you fit Social Brothers and the position.


After the second interview, it’s time to tie the knot for both of us. We will come up with a contract proposal if we are positive and we are of course very curious about your response.
